Before becoming a practitioner, I walked through many of these experiences myself: chronic pain, people-pleasing, burnout, and the slow process of unlearning what I thought I had to be. That journey informs every treatment I give. I understand healing not as a fix, but as a return to yourself, to your rhythm and to what matters.
